Prescribing Practices & Patient Eligibility

ReverseMed is a telehealth coordination platform. We connect patients with licensed medical providers for evaluation and ongoing care management. We do not guarantee prescriptions. All prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate, following a thorough review of lab results and a consultation with a licensed provider.

The standard care pathway is: Order your labs → Consult with a licensed provider → Provider determines if treatment is clinically appropriate → If prescribed, medication is fulfilled by a licensed partner pharmacy.

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and other hormone therapies are prescription medications subject to federal and state regulations. Prescriptions for controlled substances require a valid patient–provider relationship, clinical evaluation, and ongoing monitoring. Patients who are not clinically eligible for treatment following provider evaluation will not receive a prescription.

Peptides, GLP-1 agonists (tirzepatide, semaglutide), and other compounded medications are prescription products. They are not appropriate for all patients. Eligibility is determined solely by licensed providers based on individual clinical criteria, lab results, and medical history.
