Refund Policy

Telehealth Services — Pre-Consultation

ReverseMed offers refunds for telehealth services prior to a completed provider consultation. If you have paid for a service and a provider consultation has not yet taken place, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

Completed Consultations

Once a consultation has been completed and medical services have been rendered, fees are generally non-refundable. This applies to all provider evaluation fees, clinical review fees, and associated service charges.

Ineligibility for Treatment

If a patient is not eligible for treatment following a provider evaluation, partial or full refunds may be issued at the discretion of ReverseMed. Eligibility determinations are made solely by licensed providers based on clinical criteria.

Prescription Costs

Prescription costs, if applicable, are non-refundable once processed by partner pharmacies. Once a prescription order has been transmitted and accepted by a pharmacy, ReverseMed is unable to reverse or refund those charges.

Billing Support

Patients may contact support at any time for assistance with billing or service concerns. Our team will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
