Important
Never self-adjust your dose
Protocol changes require lab data and provider review. Adjusting on your own can cause hormonal instability and side effects.
Use the Max Panel for follow-up labs
The $10 intro test is for new patients only. On TRT, your levels are elevated — only the Max Panel gives clinically useful data.
Labs every 6 months — no exceptions
A Max Panel or above is required every 6 months to remain on the program. This monitors hematocrit, PSA, estradiol, and liver function.
Use the patient request form — not text
The medical request form routes your question to the right team member and creates a record. It's faster than texting and more reliable.
